I ordered a size too big and the exchange was very easy. Replacement came very quickly. I will probably get an adjustment band if I order again bc it tends to move around my wrist a little more than I’d like. Makes it hard to feel alerts it’s too loose. But overall satisfied. Also I received a mystery band but didn’t get another one when I got my replacement band.
