I am only giving 3 stars because I have written several emails about an ordering issue. With the first email I was given direction to follow the return instructions which I did and paid shipping fee. I have proof from USPS that they received the return on July 29. I have not received a replacement yet and they don’t respond to emails. No phone number to call. I love the slim band but really wonder about the lifetime warranty when you can’t get ahold of them😕
