I was very disappointed in the way they handled our 2020 Covid cancellation. We got a voucher to travel in 2021, but they charged us a 20% penalty. Owner of the apartment charged 980 Euros for one week and yet Solaga charged us 1254 Euros for Solaga Susana...a very small apartment in Malaga. I would avoid this company.
