Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Especially Theresa was extremely helpful in phoning a restaurant inquiring about a forgotten mobile phone which was then subsequently found. Everything was very clean and neat. We had a problem with a lock in one of the bathrooms that was fixed promptly the day after.
