AVOID - see other comments
Do not open a new contract with them. If you have one, leave as soon as you can without incurring a penalty, try and avoid having a credit balance with them and if you do, complain to them as soon as you can so you can wait the required 8 weeks to make an Ombudsman claim.
Then hope they don't don't go bust in the meantime.
OFGEM should close them down.
