SolarTherm listen and put things right when they go wrong. The assessment team suggested a better site arrangement for some of the panels than we had thought about. The installation team showed up and were quick polite and tidy. The "back at base" team (in particular Lilly) have helped me with a somewhat intransigent supply company, many months after the initial installation.
