“We recently had 11 new solar panels, an inverter and batteries installed by SolarTherm UK. I was really impressed with the service from before the quote, the quote, the installation and post-installation support. I would highly recommend the firm, the products they provide and the individuals involved. From the very beginning of my discussions I found them to be proactive, professional and also flexible to my needs. Initially Hilary, assisted with scoping and what could be done, then Lily took this forward to ensure all of our specific needs were met. As we were having a new extension built (including new roof), we already had scaffolding (that they could have provided), they listened to our requirements including embedded (in-roof) solar panels, were flexible to work around our building schedule, the fitting was very professional and all staff onsite were polite and considerate, they were clean and concealed the wires, inverter, batteries in a way that caused as minimal disruption and minimal visibility of wires (we actually have none visible on the outside or inside the house). The team worked hard to get the job complete within one day and also the initial specification measurements and checks caused minimal disruption. The teams involved were very flexible for our needs and my own personal circumstances that they worked around. A great firm, great people and overall a great experience! Thank you!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Great help in deciding what system to go for. Office staff back up was polite and friendly. The team of 4 who came to do the installation were friendly and polite working quickly and cleanly as a team and gave a clear explanation of the installed equipment. I would thoroughly recommend SolarTherm to anyone thinking of installing solar power. PS and so far the panels installed are more then meeting my expectations.”

“We had 11 JA Solar panels (410, half cell, mono) a good quality Solis Inverter and a WonderLux battery system (4.8 kWh) installed on 1st December 2022. Two electricians (Matthew and Steve) did a great job connecting everything. The roofer John did a great job putting the panels in place with added pigeon protection. The price for the system was good (around £12800) and in our view is a very sound investment. The price compared favourably with other quotes. Our technical survey by Mark instilled a lot of confidence. Lily answered all our many questions prior to us agreeing the contract. All in all an excellent process. The WonderLux app’ is very useful and was very clearly explained by Matthew. In these difficult times we take pleasure from the electricity being generated by our system and rejoice at every sunny day. Thus far, no returns or issues and we happily and very promptly paid for the system. In short we are very happy customers who feel well cared for throughout the process from the technical survey by Mark through to the install and handover after the install. In our view Solartherm are a reliable company who will always do their very best for their customers. Steven and Diane Jewell in Potters Bar.”

“Solartherm - Solar and Battery Storage Installation This process started well with the Sales professional ( John B ) demonstrating excellent knowledge and experience, and a great understanding of my needs. The net result was a design that was totally appropriate for my needs. Outstanding. (I met many salesmen who did not seem to know the difference between a kW and a kWh). The installation team worked efficiently, completing the work within the quoted time. In particular they worked as a team helping the process to keep moving at every stage. The installation is neat and tidy. The installation is working as expected, early days but so far it seems the sales predictions are accurate. Overall I am a happy customer, and I have made recommendations to others, who intend to proceed. If there is a negative factor, the office / Admin side is the weakest link in the chain – but in the end I care more about the product being right.”

“From the very first enquiry with Mark, I was impressed as he was so patient with my questions and clear total lack of understanding..we placed the order and were kept upto date with delivery dates, date and time of the scaffolding company. The scaffolding team were friendly efficient and quick. The install team arrived as informed, did a quick double check with me about placement of the cables and where would be best for the inverter to be installed. They were a great bunch, work effectively and cleaned up afterthemselves. The scaffolding came down within a few days. Spoke with Ann in finance a couple of times and again awesome customer service. It's only been 2 weeks since the install but it's all looking good so far.”

“I was recomemnded this company from a friend and im glad he did. One of the most efficient, and helpful companies out there. They have a wide selection of services they provide. I had my Solar PV installed by them, the technicians done such a clean job, I did not notice that they even went into the house. No mess and no dust.”

“So my PV panels are on my roof and connected! (Alas my batteries will take a little longer!). It was a big job and I was hesitant and concerned given the number of things that could conceivably go wrong. How wrong I was to be! The crew that turned up promptly on the appointed day under Mat, could not have made matters more agreeable. Consulting and contributing their considerable technical and fitting experience every step of the way, they completed within the time forecast, a job immaculately finished with the minimum disruption and best answers for all the problems I and the configuration of the site threw at them! They left me with a system of excellent components, working as it should, aesthetically pleasing and no debrit or disruption to be seen! Thank you!!!”

“Major pigeon infestation underneath our panels causing havoc on the conservatory below. Protective mesh was fitted by Solartherm at a pretty reasonable cost within a few hours, friendly installers arrived and finished the job to our satisfaction. Recommend.”
