"We had 11 JA Solar panels (410, half cell, mono) a good quality Solis Inverter and a WonderLux battery system (4.8 kWh) installed on 1st December 2022. Two electricians (Matthew and Steve) did a great job connecting everything. The roofer John did a great job putting the panels in place with added pigeon protection. The price for the system was good (around \u00a312800) and in our view is a very sound investment. The price compared favourably with other quotes. Our technical survey by Mark instilled a lot of confidence. Lily answered all our many questions prior to us agreeing the contract. All in all an excellent process. The WonderLux app\u2019 is very useful and was very clearly explained by Matthew. In these difficult times we take pleasure from the electricity being generated by our system and rejoice at every sunny day. Thus far, no returns or issues and we happily and very promptly paid for the system. In short we are very happy customers who feel well cared for throughout the process from the technical survey by Mark through to the install and handover after the install. "6kw of solar panels, Wonderlux battery set up with 7.2kw Pylon batteries & an EV charger. \r\n\r\nWell\u2026.we researched and we contacted numerous companies (we could literally write a book) we had companies give us the hard sell in our home, we had companies simply quote over the phone or email a whimsical \u2018guestimate\u2019 at best. \r\n\r\nI understand most homeowners will be a one off sale and as they will not be repeat business will maybe be treated with slightly less passion but still these are no small investments. \r\n\r\nSolartherm UK made contact after we applied online via their live chat. The chat was informative and to the point, we liked it. Non pushy and sounding professional. \r\nWe followed up with our address and a description of our house, where we would like the panels and was advised on what could fit. We supplied our annual consumption and to their credit the system was downsized slightly as what we had suggested to them was based on information from what was more than likely a salesman from another company. \r\n\r\nThe quote wasn\u2019t the cheapest but the equipment option was good. We were made aware of the stock situation and that the install may have to be undertaken in phases. Lots of other companies had also said similar so it was what it was. \r\n\r\nTo their absolute credit, Solartherm delivered. They delivered on the scaffold arrangement, the install was first class and quickly undertaken. We did have a delay on the Wonderlux and then a further follow up to fit the Pylon storage units. But still, we had been warned and the panels were generating electricity the whole time so nothing lost. \r\n\r\nFinally came the certifications and a handover manual. The office girls were good and nothing has seemed too much trouble. \r\n\r\nOur greatest thanks and we do recommend your company to all. \r\n\r\nBest, Mandy & Phil"
