We had a heat pump fitted in 2017, we moaned about certain features and functions but I’m pleased to say they are now resolved to our complete satisfaction. Maybe we should have read the information provided in the manual, but we are not technical and I can recommend Solartherm for very good aftercare and their patience and thorough approach.
