The support team never responds during business hours or even after closing, and they are unable to handle your issue in a focused and professional manner. For me, it was an even worse position because there was very little you could do due to the badly constructed automated systems. Thankfully, C* O* N* C* E* P* T* S* T* R* D.C.O.M. saved the day and gave me my money back along with the profit in a few days.
