I discovered that there is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the funds! Despite the fact that my issue was valid, customer service did nothing after I made my request and exchanged a few emails. I would have been deeply in debt and would have lost all of my money, including the account, if M E R S E Y H I P. C 0 M hadn't stepped in.
They saved me and returned all of my money.
