I had received a expired (by two years) product from solvaderm and placed a call to costumer service. The lady on the phone stated hey take these situation very seriously and will be in touch with me shortly. That was last week. Since then I have sent email to consumer service to follow up with no response. Very dissatisfied. Couldn’t the least be done is a refund?
