The website claims that it will ship within 2 to 3 business days. However it’s been almost a month since My sister ordered it and after multiple attempts and a literal “ i want to cancel my order email” the owner finally replied and asked why “I’d like to cancel” After telling her that after almost a month my order was still being processed she asked it was okay for her to over night ship it . Before even receiving my sisters reply she shipped out. I wanted to make a change to my order and not only was she completely unresponsive when i tried to track my order but shipped out before I consented it when she knew she was in the wrong for taking way longer than the time advertised to ship. I am completely unsatisfied with this seller and I advise you do not order from her!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy from this seller. I am getting married in a week and the jacket ordered in January is still not received. If you’re ordering this for a loved one getting married or yourself you will likely not receive it on time.
