The jacket itself is so great and everything I wanted! Great fit, soft material, beautiful embroidery. Unfortunately the company itself was what I had issues with. It was a 1-3 week delivery time from date of purchase and it took 2 months and 10 plus times of contacting them before I even heard back. I was posting on their Facebook and Instagram to attempt to get a response. They responded to me saying it would ship out ASAP and then they proceeded to block me so I was unable to contact them anymore. I’ve had many people ask about where I got it and I'm unfortunately saying buyer beware because it felt like pulling teeth to even get the product I paid for.
