I was really surprised at how proactive this company is. After I purchased their EKG machine, the sent emails to me asking if I had any questions. I did (I wanted to ask about P-waves in atrial fibrillation.) They responded immediately and appropriately. It is very clear that customer satisfaction is a very high priority with Sonos. I wish all businesses were like this!
