I wrote a positive review yesterday to say I was happy with the customer service and the way in which they dealt with my complaint and arranged the repair of my faulty/damaged heels. However it looks like I spoke too soon. I specifically asked if damaged parts would be replaced and was told that they would but it would take 6-8 weeks as replacement parts came from Brazil. Well shoes have arrived back 5/6 weeks later and all they have done is glue back together the damaged parts. So I STILL have a damaged pair of shoes that I have paid a lot of money for and been without for a long period. These shoes can not have been quality checked. I am very very disappointed with this and in the company. I am hoping some resolution can be reached and have contacted customer service once again. Ridiculous.
