First of all I'll start with the fact that Sophia Webster shoes are crazy shoes! I bought four pairs, the last one for my wedding, I took advantage of the sales by purchasing them in July 2023. I went to try on the dress and had to wear my beloved shoes and I noticed that the pearls had turned yellow. I tried to contact customer service and Kajal responded, super kind and helpful, she spoke to her manager and since they couldn't repair it in time for my wedding they offered me to exchange for another completely new pair. Their shoes are all fantastic but the model I had chosen for the exchange was much more expensive and despite this they didn't ask me anything. I have everything managed from Italy. The shoes are great but the customer service more so.
