Amazing customer service from Sophia Webster. I dealt with a lady called Taylor and she was brilliant from start to finish. I bought my wedding shoes from Sophia Webster but unfortunately my bag to match was out of stock at the time. I bought the bag from another company and it arrived damaged and I didn’t realise until the morning of my wedding. TAYLOR went above and beyond and managed to get it all sorted for me. Her replies were very speedy and she honestly couldn’t do enough for me. Excellent customer service thank you so much!
