We have been so thrilled with Sophie & toffee, I now have too many awesome items for crafting. We’ve bought a number of their subscription boxes and made lots of different items. I appreciate all the creativity. My daughter originally found Sophie & Toffee’s website and I was hesitant at first to delve into resin crafts as it seems hard and was concerned ordering with resins to ship from overseas. So im a converted skeptic about anyone being able to enjoy these crafts . Sophie & Toffee is a small company, much smaller than I would have guess initially. Sometimes things get busy, but there is always an actual person to help answer questions or resolve issues. I once had a complex mould in my box that somehow had stuck to itself, perhaps a manufacturing defect, when I showed them what happened they quickly sent me a replacement. This week I had a billing quirk for my subscription due to ShopPay issues, and I had a reply in a few hours and the issue resolved.
