“We have been so thrilled with Sophie & toffee, I now have too many awesome items for crafting. We’ve bought a number of their subscription boxes and made lots of different items. I appreciate all the creativity. My daughter originally found Sophie & Toffee’s website and I was hesitant at first to delve into resin crafts as it seems hard and was concerned ordering with resins to ship from overseas. So im a converted skeptic about anyone being able to enjoy these crafts . Sophie & Toffee is a small company, much smaller than I would have guess initially. Sometimes things get busy, but there is always an actual person to help answer questions or resolve issues. I once had a complex mould in my box that somehow had stuck to itself, perhaps a manufacturing defect, when I showed them what happened they quickly sent me a replacement. This week I had a billing quirk for my subscription due to ShopPay issues, and I had a reply in a few hours and the issue resolved.”

“You asked again, so here goes. No response to my inquiry through support regarding missing items in my order. The only communication I have received has been requests for reviews-and that obviously through an unmonitored, automated email, as my replies offering positive reviews after an explanation were ignored. So, if this is actually read, I'd be happy to discuss (again) the reason for missing items from my order.”

“Everything is ok, but you made a mistake when you send the packages and put the items in the wrong packages. They were both for me, so no problem, but you should be more careful.”

“Products arrived quickly and intact. Looked just like they showed. The only downside for me wad the postage. Because where I live it was really expensive. On the plus side I would definitely order from them again.”
