You asked again, so here goes. No response to my inquiry through support regarding missing items in my order. The only communication I have received has been requests for reviews-and that obviously through an unmonitored, automated email, as my replies offering positive reviews after an explanation were ignored. So, if this is actually read, I'd be happy to discuss (again) the reason for missing items from my order.

My delivery was due in Feb? But came only in April. It was my first and last. Very slow delivery even though the box looked great.

It takes way to long for me to get a box, I understand that it come through customs but I still have not received the box I ordered in January.

I still haven't received my first kit. Ordered about a month ago. I don't think it has left the shipping yard according to the tracking number. I'll give you a proper review when it gets here.
