I have praised Sosandar previously for quick refunds. Well , I am taking it back. It has been only a few days, but according to their website, there is currently 10 days refund delay. Please contact them after that period passes. Well, they do not have any phone number, never respond via chat and good luck with receiving a response by email. I will never shop at Sosandar ever again .
