“I have bought 8 pairs of leather trousers and 2 long black leather skirts from Sosander and they are fantastic. I had my previous order delivered to a store and had a wonderful time trying them on. The shop assistants were fantastic and gave me great advise on what to wear with the leather pieces”
“Appalling returns policy. Rang to chase refund and still waiting. The adding your name to be informed when item is in stock doesn't work either. EVERYONE is FIRST IN THE QUEUE. Then dropped so when you or a friend add an email you are informed you are FIRST IN THE QUEUE. Mentioned this when chasing refund and told this is how the site works. Shame the two founding ladies never read these reviews.”

“I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the items, but the glacial process of achieving a refund is appalling. 5 working days to process, the return allegedly took 8 days to arrive with them & still no sign of my refund. I returned another parcel to school outfitters on the same day & money in my account in 4 actual days.

“Reading all the reviews I wish I had read them before purchasing a jumpsuit. It looked like a piece of rag when I received it, it was absolutely creased from top to bottom, so much so I returned it immediately and will wait for my money to go back in to my account I will never order anything from Sosander again.”

“I have ordered from Sosandar for many years and rarely return anything. Recently returned 2 items for which I was charged €12.50 for standard post from Ireland. No other online company charges these exorbitant return prices. Now, one of the items has gone missing, never received by Sosandar even though the returns process was followed as per advised steps and within timeframe.
Be aware that when ordering from Ireland as it is €12.50 for standard return post and €20 for registered. Then if you do choose the cheaper option there’s a possibility that the items will not be received as in my case.
I have never experienced a return not being received by the company in all my years shopping on UK websites.”

Some things are priced over what they are worth, other items represent good value for for the quality .. my main gripe is often items things look nothing like the pictures of item so have to return. Of late I feel they have catered for ladies 70+ rather than 40-60 which I feel should be their core.”

“I have been trying for the last 10 days to return one item, but impossibly complicated directions on how to return. I asked for a printed return label and did not receive one. Sosander then sent me a link for returns which I could not open, and a message telling me this was a scam!
I have no address, e-mails are ignored and phone messages just tell me to look for directions on the internet!”
