“Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Sosander took my money quickly enough but over a week later still nothing about when goods being despatched. Customer service phone number has recorded message that says to email. Email reply says 4 working days to reply. Still waiting! Most unsatisfactory. Am unimpressed, to say the least. Wish I could give no stars.”
“Ordered three jackets last Wednesday. They took my money. Paid express delivery. Heard nothing. Not even despatched. It’s now Saturday. Tried calling tried emailing and nothing. I will now speak to my visa company to deal with them. Customers be aware!! Dreadful customer services. Paid but no goods!!!!!”
“I’m usually a size 10 bottom and 12 top so Ordered a jumpsuit in a size 12 and was delighted it came in short length. Looked lovely on arrival but unfortunately I would have needed at least 2 sizes bigger as although the bottom half was perfect the top was at least 2 sizes too small. Very disappointed.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from Sosander. Both times really disappointed. Sizing is unpredictable. I am a size 12 just about everywhere but jeans were more like a large 14, and a denim dress a small 10!! Agree with another reviewer, all clothes seem to be for very tall women, some regular or petite sizes would help. The clothes look fabulous on the models, but definitely do not live up to it in reality.”

“I have praised Sosandar previously for quick refunds. Well , I am taking it back. It has been only a few days, but according to their website, there is currently 10 days refund delay. Please contact them after that period passes. Well, they do not have any phone number, never respond via chat and good luck with receiving a response by email. “I love the clothes and the pricing is spot on in most things. Only 3stars not for the quality that's seriously 5 so is the styling, its the Modelesque length of the dresses, trousers . Everything needs altered which stops me buying anything but the tops, jumpers and the odd jacket, so annoyed I can't buy dresses, trousers or coats as if I could it would be my go to site. I'm not petit generally a regular but on this site I am swamped by the length. Please please do a shorter if not petit range”
“Behind a very Bradley wrapped and packaged dress I’m sure the actual Design is great. However I received my Navy Zip Detail Shift Dress today and it was so creased from where it had been so badly wrapped with no protection between the creases! If this wasn’t bad enough where the dress has Zips below the shoulders and again below the waist where the dress has been folded without any tissue paper between the zips have badly marked the fabric!! I am reluctant to ask for another as I will anticipate the same thing happening again. Very disappointing for a first experience with this company. Had high hopes when I ordered the dress.”
