Can’t get through to speak to anybody. My returns haven’t been refunded. It’s been weeks since they said they had them back. Another one of the parcels is stuck in Leeds MC.I’ve emailed them to let them know as they have to claim, I can’t.
If and when I get the money back I will NEVER buy from them again. Dreadful customer service.
