Omg!!!! The sizing is depressing 😞😞😞 ordered my normal size that didn’t fit reluctantly ordered the size up still didn’t fit …. They are making things way too small for size … will never order again! Made me feel horrible 😫

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scam site. Money taken. Order not delivered. No comms from them whatsoever. No response to emails. Do not answer phone calls. Will have to open PayPal dispute and report to Trading Standards

How reviews are so different,here is my experience Delivery fast Quality & fit fantastic Rang customer service twice girls so helpful explaining I needed a QR code to return one item,I don't like buying on line but was amazed how easy and efficient this company was to deal with,I will be buying again.This is an honest and genuine review,

This company operates on a difficult to return policy ( forgetting to put in return labels, no return prepay, no bag, courier only ) and unfortunately their sizing is very unreliable. Customer service is based in India and they are indifferent to emails giving a standard cut and paste response. I cancelled an order before dispatch (which by UK consumer contracts regulation 2014), I have 14 days to do so. They ignored my cancellation request and sent the item. Their business model relies on you not returning items. I will not order from them again and they give on line shopping a bad name.

Awful, unhelpful and I perceived their messages as slightly sarcastic. Shame as I quite like their products, but now I know how they treat you when things go wrong, I doubt I'll buy from them again.

Returned an item with tracking, 4 days after the company received it no notification, my account still showing as delivered to me with no update, had to scour the internet to get a phone number as apparently they take up to 4 days to answer email enquiries at customer services and no live chat option. Eventually found a number and spoke to someone who assured me they would now process my return and refund - I shouldn't have to chase a company. Won't be ordering again as I hate bad after sales service - especially online as this is mainly based on trust.

Can’t get through to speak to anybody. My returns haven’t been refunded. It’s been weeks since they said they had them back. Another one of the parcels is stuck in Leeds MC.I’ve emailed them to let them know as they have to claim, I can’t. If and when I get the money back I will NEVER buy from them again. Dreadful customer service.

I’m usually a size 10 bottom and 12 top so Ordered a jumpsuit in a size 12 and was delighted it came in short length. Looked lovely on arrival but unfortunately I would have needed at least 2 sizes bigger as although the bottom half was perfect the top was at least 2 sizes too small. Very disappointed.

Customer service non existent. Have previously had a couple of pieces from them and delighted with quality. However, third item never arrived. Numerous emails, no answer on phone number. Really not impressed.😡

Adding a 20 % off if you subscribe but not making clear that is not applicable for items already with some discount- a waste time because I couldn’t understand why I could not apply my code . A complete misleading advertisement. I want my email deleted _ won’t buy again’

Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. No responses to emails ( waiting since 22nd of December 2023), when finally connected to a ‘live chat’ ( after multiple attempts total of 3 hours) it got disconnected. Outrages charges for returns, don’t bother buying from Sosander website if living overseas and needing to return the product. They ‘have introduced a new paperless returns system with the aim of providing a more efficient, environmentally friendly, hassle-free returns process!’ They also have DHL as an option, totally pointless as the waybill is not accepted by DHL, I have addressed that with screenshot of the issue but ‘surprisingly’ no response. They also require product to be returned within 7 days from when you issue the return process. Nothing about return to Sosander had been hassle-free. Really terrible experience and big regret purchasing from this company. Clothing is expensive but does not reflect the quality. Customer service dreadful and unresponsive and still chasing my refund.

Had to write this review in the back of the most incredible sequin dress arriving this morning.. My Christmas party outfit is sorted! Finally found a brand that designs clothes for real women who want to still be fashionable even though they’re not 22 years old anymore. Bought a couple of dresses and pairs of jeans now and quality and fit is amazing. Get so many compliments! I’ve never had any issues with delivery either. Seriously these are my go to brand now!

My first order arrived very fast and I was really impressed with the quality of the clothes. I am keeping 2 of the 3 I ordered so I have yet to try out the returns process but I have already sent the website link to 2 of my friends. Will definitely order again. The size 10 trouser suit and dress fit perfectly. So happy.

Wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered. I’m now in the same boat as other customers. Out of pocket, no item received and no response to customer service emails. What a terrible company. I’ll will have to speak to my card company to try and get my money back otherwise I am out of pocket for £50 🤯. Steer clear of this company.

Placed order on the 16th October transaction taken from my bank account - still no delivery 31st October - can’t speak to anyone. Sent email to customer services 24th October still no reply, when I log on to my account it just says order is processing. Will never order from this company again very disappointed - shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!

Dreadful experience. Took 8 working days to despatch order and one item missing still. No info on why missing and Customer Services (what a misnomer) not replied to emails. Phone, as ever, has recorded message to email them. Ha! Have query about returns, but again no reply to emails about that. Wish I'd never ordered from Sosandar. What a nightmare company to deal with. Wonder if I'll never get back money for my returns or refund for missing item. On the positive side, Royal Mail delivered within 3 days, including a strike day. Full marks to Royal Mail. Good customer service in dealing with a bad experience generates goodwill, future business and positive reviews, but Sosandar have yet to learn that lesson.
