“There sizes are way out especially in trousers I'm a size 6 and they fit my my size 10 daughter I've got trousers from last year that fit perfect ordered same trousers that arrived today & they are massive same as dresses recieved one on a different colour to one I already have & again far to big dont know if they have changed the company that makes them or not but every thing is far to big”

“I have ordered from Sosandar for many years and rarely return anything. Recently returned 2 items for which I was charged €12.50 for standard post from Ireland. No other online company charges these exorbitant return prices. Now, one of the items has gone missing, never received by Sosandar even though the returns process was followed as per advised steps and within timeframe.
Be aware that when ordering from Ireland as it is €12.50 for standard return post and €20 for registered. Then if you do choose the cheaper option there’s a possibility that the items will not be received as in my case.
I have never experienced a return not being received by the company in all my years shopping on UK websites.”
“I have been trying for the last 10 days to return one item, but impossibly complicated directions on how to return. I asked for a printed return label and did not receive one. Sosander then sent me a link for returns which I could not open, and a message telling me this was a scam!
I have no address, e-mails are ignored and phone messages just tell me to look for directions on the internet!”

“Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. No responses to emails ( waiting since 22nd of December 2023), when finally connected to a ‘live chat’ ( after multiple attempts total of 3 hours) it got disconnected. Outrages charges for returns, don’t bother buying from Sosander website if living overseas and needing to return the product. They ‘have introduced a new paperless returns system with the aim of providing a more efficient, environmentally friendly, hassle-free returns process!’ They also have DHL as an option, totally pointless as the waybill is not accepted by DHL, I have addressed that with screenshot of the issue but ‘surprisingly’ no response. They also require product to be returned within 7 days from when you issue the return process. Nothing about return to Sosander had been hassle-free. Really terrible experience and big regret purchasing from this company. Clothing is expensive but does not reflect the quality. Customer service dreadful and unresponsive and still chasing my refund.”

I’ll will have to speak to my card company to try and get my money back otherwise I am out of pocket for £50 🤯. Steer clear of this company.”
“This company operates on a difficult to return policy ( forgetting to put in return labels, no return prepay, no bag, courier only ) and unfortunately their sizing is very unreliable. Customer service is based in India and they are indifferent to emails giving a standard cut and paste response. I cancelled an order before dispatch (which by UK consumer contracts regulation 2014), I have 14 days to do so. They ignored my cancellation request and sent the item. Their business model relies on you not returning items. I will not order from them again and they give on line shopping a bad name.”

“I am still waiting...... order recieved 5.10, part of it returned and have proof of postage and proof of returned delivery 7.10, 3 emails later still waiting for a refund. Another item, a jumper and part of same order was worn for an afternoon and is now all bobbly. You would think I had had the jumper last winter !!!!! Did get a response and have since provided pictures.... Overall very poor customer service and I do not know a way forward at the moment as no respones whatsoever regarding the returned item.....”
