I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the items, but the glacial process of achieving a refund is appalling. 5 working days to process, the return allegedly took 8 days to arrive with them & still no sign of my refund. I returned another parcel to school outfitters on the same day & money in my account in 4 actual days.
