I have been trying for the last 10 days to return one item, but impossibly complicated directions on how to return. I asked for a printed return label and did not receive one. Sosander then sent me a link for returns which I could not open, and a message telling me this was a scam!
I have no address, e-mails are ignored and phone messages just tell me to look for directions on the internet!
