Returned an item with tracking, 4 days after the company received it no notification, my account still showing as delivered to me with no update, had to scour the internet to get a phone number as apparently they take up to 4 days to answer email enquiries at customer services and no live chat option.
Eventually found a number and spoke to someone who assured me they would now process my return and refund - I shouldn't have to chase a company.
Won't be ordering again as I hate bad after sales service - especially online as this is mainly based on trust.
