Dreadful experience. Took 8 working days to despatch order and one item missing still. No info on why missing and Customer Services (what a misnomer) not replied to emails. Phone, as ever, has recorded message to email them. Ha! Have query about returns, but again no reply to emails about that. Wish I'd never ordered from Sosandar. What a nightmare company to deal with. Wonder if I'll never get back money for my returns or refund for missing item. On the positive side, Royal Mail delivered within 3 days, including a strike day. Full marks to Royal Mail. Good customer service in dealing with a bad experience generates goodwill, future business and positive reviews, but Sosandar have yet to learn that lesson.
