“Placed order on the 16th October transaction taken from my bank account - still no delivery 31st October - can’t speak to anyone. Sent email to customer services 24th October still no reply, when I log on to my account it just says order is processing. Will never order from this company again very disappointed - shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!!”
“I am still waiting...... order recieved 5.10, part of it returned and have proof of postage and proof of returned delivery 7.10, 3 emails later still waiting for a refund. Another item, a jumper and part of same order was worn for an afternoon and is now all bobbly. You would think I had had the jumper last winter !!!!! Did get a response and have since provided pictures.... Overall very poor customer service and I do not know a way forward at the moment as no respones whatsoever regarding the returned item.....”

“Dreadful experience. Took 8 working days to despatch order and one item missing still. No info on why missing and Customer Services (what a misnomer) not replied to emails. Phone, as ever, has recorded message to email them. Ha! Have query about returns, but again no reply to emails about that. Wish I'd never ordered from Sosandar. What a nightmare company to deal with. Wonder if I'll never get back money for my returns or refund for missing item. On the positive side, Royal Mail delivered within 3 days, including a strike day. Full marks to Royal Mail. Good customer service in dealing with a bad experience generates goodwill, future business and positive reviews, but Sosandar have yet to learn that lesson.”

“I’m usually a size 10 bottom and 12 top so Ordered a jumpsuit in a size 12 and was delighted it came in short length. Looked lovely on arrival but unfortunately I would have needed at least 2 sizes bigger as although the bottom half was perfect the top was at least 2 sizes too small. Very disappointed.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from Sosander. Both times really disappointed. Sizing is unpredictable. I am a size 12 just about everywhere but jeans were more like a large 14, and a denim dress a small 10!! Agree with another reviewer, all clothes seem to be for very tall women, some regular or petite sizes would help. The clothes look fabulous on the models, but definitely do not live up to it in reality.”

“I have praised Sosandar previously for quick refunds. Well , I am taking it back. It has been only a few days, but according to their website, there is currently 10 days refund delay. Please contact them after that period passes. Well, they do not have any phone number, never respond via chat and good luck with receiving a response by email. I will never shop at Sosandar ever again .”
