Great customer service over the phone, I received my Normann raincoat in a good time and it has surpassed my expectations for practicality and style. It has been through its paces in the recent heavy rain on many dog walks! It kept me completely dry and warm. Great length (I got the long one) but my most impressive feature is the hood. In all the years of spending fortunes on raincoats I have never found one with a hood that is the perfect fit until now. I’m hooked on the Normann coats now and will continue to shop with Robell online and in store if I ever pass the county!
