Soundcorp on line ordering was easy with the product (headphones) arriving safe, sound and quickly. The product worked very well until the sound stopped in one earpiece. However, follow up service was easy and helpful in explaining what needed to be done to return a product within the warranty period. Although I missed returning on time, would purchase the same or updated product again from Soundcorp due to excellent sales and after sales service. Would highly recommend. :)
