Really wanted these to work but they are more of a gimmick. These are simply EARPLUGS!
Due to COVID restrictions, I was unable to try these within the 30-day return policy. I finally was able to try after 60 days. Emailed support to ask if I could return for a refund due to the pandemic restrictions. They refused. These are guaranteed for 5 years.
Very disappointed in this company and their lack of compassion.
