This product is really solving a hard issue I have struggled with where the sound based metronomes ultimately distract me. This was perfect for my needs which it vibrates. At first I figured I would use my Apple watch. Tried a bunch of apps but they all had weird issues or wouldn't work while the screen was off. The Core Steel I got works anywhere on my body. I sometimes have it on my leg or on my wrist. Depends on what I want to do. And it is a complete package. You get all the straps and accessories in the box. It can function as a rather limited watch too (and it gets notifications) just a nice simple complete package.
