Customer service is offshore and takes days to respond. They are curt and unapologetic for their delays. I wanted to cancel an order but there is no phone number to call to get a quicker response, and the product shipped before I got a response. Now I may be out of pocket for something that could've been easily avoided with a "Cancel Order" button or a phone number.
