I purchased the earplugs, Minuendo, and the experience with the customer service team was horrible. I did get the refund in the end, fortunately, but going through all the inconvenience dealing with the confusing messages from the service team was something I never want to experience again.
As for the item itself, the fit was uncomfortable. The overall design when actually seen was shoddy and toy-like. Some accessories were missing. But all that was better than the poor service quality afterwards.
