Source BMX's customer service is superb!! The bearings on my rear wheel went out. They made their warranty process effortless! They sent me a replacement without any hiccups or problems. I am so ecstatic, pleased, thankful, and thoroughly satisfied!! I will purchase all of my bicycles from this company! They rate number one for customer service in my book. An extremely wonderful experience!!!
