They lie about their shipping times, inventory, and they squander your money for weeks prior to offering a refund. At checkout, they said that my parts were coming from Kentucky, USA. When in fact, the parts are "Apparently" coming from the UK. They blatantly lie to you. You can't get anywhere with their UK customer service department. Don't waste your time online! Shop locally. It's actually cheaper once you account for the shipping fees, swamp and the hogwash.”
“If I could this company negative stars I would. I will ensure all of my friends and family understand how this company handles their customers. My son in the airforce ordered his younger teenage brother a bike from BMX. We received a smaller bike then what we ordered. I called and their representative asked me for pictures of the box and he stated yes our warehouse sent the incorrect bike. My 14 year old and I packed the bike and returned it to our nearest UPS center. It has been 3 weeks since I returned the bike. I've gotten the run around so much and this was my sons first time getting a BMX. He was excited to use during his Spring break but couldn't because we had to return it. I have proof of email from the representative I contacted stating once we see the tracking we will immediately ship the correct bike. That did not happen I hadn't heard anything from then so I emailed asking questions which turned into well now it's once we get it back in our warehouse well immediately ship a bike. Again, nothing and we waited until I had to reach out again regarding the status. Which turned into we have ti wait for them to look at your return. And again we waited and reached out for a a full refund. I was told their waiting so waited a few more days (week) reached out again then decided I'll take it to their online chat and they weren't helpful just said we'll send the warehouse an email. We're at 3 weeks post return to receive an email today that they rcvd the bike damaged. I didn't return it damaged we saw the bike was smaller repacked and shipped within 24 hours of receiving. Your company didn't do this and now their stating they won't be able to refund the money. So my 14 year old has no bike, I don't have a refund. My oldest son in the airforce is also disappointed because he's in Alaska and really wanted hus brother to enjoy this gift. This was our first and worst experience with this company. How can the shipper damaging the bike be our fault. I'm also very upset that this is how they handle their process. We thought hey their a big company this should be fine and it wasn't. My youngest son has not been active and really wanted a bike to get out and be more outdoors. He planned to use his bike during his entire spring break. Your company can get as many nice reviews as it wants but this I have to say is poor on BMX.”

“SCAM , SCAM SCAM !! Do yourself and your hard earned money a favor … we opened up a small bike shop in our neighborhood. We ordered 11 bikes from them there wasn’t one package that came in that was 100% ready for assembly . We called , we emailed , we sent all the pics they asked for and the end result was out of 11 bikes we ordered we were able to piece together 7 bikes . 2 of which was the 20” jet block . Both bikes came back with customer complaints. One the crank completely stripped at the arm . The 2nd one had a popping bearing in the rear hub that was supposed to be sealed. They offered nothing and basically told us their hands are tied in a very polite way . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ! Use city grounds . They have great customer service and they are 100% legit company that backs up their product with no excuses . I wish I would have read the comments before using them . They sent bikes that had mismatch parts that would not fit . Clown show !!!”
“DO NOT buy from this company ! We ordered 2 bikes of the same model just different colors (the jet block 20”) both bikes arrived with major issues ! The first one had a completely collapsed fork so the front wheel was off by 2”. There seemed to be no damage done to the box to have done this . The 2nd bike when you aired up the back tire would push an inch into the rear frame brake mount tube . Both of these are no fixes . This place is selling factory flawed bikes. And at first it seems like they offer good customer service. Don’t be fooled . They make you jump through so many hoops requiring 22 pics of the bike out of the box then in the box . After doing all this twice a return shipping labels never came . These guys got us for over $700. Anyone would be a fool to buy anything at any price from these flea market salvage selling con men . Wish we would have read the comments . Learn from us .”

“They guarantee nothing. Better to buy from a reputable dealer locally and have at least a 90 day guarantee. They answer very nicely your messages but do nothing to assist you in a remedy for the problem. If it was snowing they would say it’s the fault if the snow. “Company sucks! Son's bike came with a one piece seat and post that has seat at 45% angle. Son just slides off the back. Company makes returns impossible too because they say can't be assembled, so if you realize the flaw after you start, you are screwed. Company told me to buy FROM THEM a new seat and seat post at retail. Tons of similar bad reviews I saw after”

I contacted them immediately (within few hours of receiving) , but they did not respond me within their promise time with resolution.
The bike had worn tires, inconclusive instructions and few other issues.
Their customer service is worst. I would have given them negative, if there had been one.
I do not know if they have local stores, but I would strongly suggest not to trust them and do not order online, their return policy is very complex too.”
