Experience was above average. But seeking help through WhatsApp did no good. They weren't willing to assist. Wanted help in choosing same coloured fabrics as it's nearly impossible to do that virtually. You need to provide more pictures from different angles. Also, give a description of the fabric. Whether it's sheer or flowy or thick or soft. Giving threadcount in case of cotton material will also be helpful.
