I had the misfortune of purchasing material which I can't use because the description was wrong. When you check the order, you should clarify with the client what is purpose of purchase and recommend the appropriate material that the customer needs. The customer can only see the colour of the fabric and the description that "you" provide. He cannot feel the fabric figure out the the texture and finish.Once the order is placed you should call the customer and clarify the purpose for which it is being purchased. Give the customer an option to call you regarding this matter if he/she wishes to do so.
