Very poor service. I ordered simple cotton ikat fabrics small quantities and took almost 1 month for source it right, ship rocket and Blue dart combined to deliver it. I had to keep calling and mailing to find out the status. There was no response. I was told there isn't any staff to process the order. Well at least there should be someone to send 1 mail at least and inform that there is a delay and update by when the order can be expected. It was fully paid for and hence I could not cancel the order. Very bad experience. Shall not order from here again.
