As a 20 year old I found it hard to accept that I needed help with my hearing. Patricia was friendly, extremely thorough and understood exactly what I wanted and NEEDED more importantly. She was flexible with her timings and squeezed me in whenever was convenient for me. It’s not even been 24 hours and I’ve had so many people amazed at how a hearing aid can look nowadays! Would definitely recommend Patricia! (Yvette the lady at the front desk was really friendly as well!)
