Beware of this travel agent. They will misspell your name on your ticket which you can't use for traveling. On contacting them, they will demand £50 for amendment or £70 for cancellation. That's their way of selling what you think was a cheap ticket. I wrote three letters to the head of this company with no response. I also spoke to their HR manager who was obviously part of the wrong doing.
