I loath the way you guys conduct business. Everything you have done to conduct business is for your convenience Not the customer. From poor product pictures and descriptions, too your no refund policy!!! Then the pre order sales is just stupid! You also don’t make it clear enough it is a pre order. I ordered once from you and read you had a cash refund but then within a few weeks just before Thanksgiving, you changed that, didn’t make it clear and I got stuck with a credit. I finally ordered something’s just to resell them because there was no way I was letting you keep my money. When I contacted you and explained my situation you did not have one thing that would fit me you and would not even answer my questions or acknowledge my email.
