Although the dress we ordered and purchased from you r website was gorgeous and fit my daughter beautifully on her wedding day, I was very very disappointed in the time it took to ship and how it was handled by your customer service department. When we ordered, the dress, it specifically said that it would be shipped to us early October. The $ was taken out of our account right after the order was place and it was ordered on September 15 th. After three weeks of not hearing anything about our order, we called your customer service only to be treated very disrespectfully and not given any clear answers. After numerous calls placed to your customer service, we received our order four days before the wedding. We Will not be ordering from your site again after the experience we had.
