This company has very strange policies. For example no matter which shipping option you chose it will take a week minimum to process. So if you paid the extra for overnight shipping it still won’t get to you for over a week. They only offer a full refund if you send the item back unopened in original packaging within 48hrs but the customer service team won’t get back to in 48hrs to return the product so then you’re stuck with store credit. The dress I order felt like a Halloween costume. Probably won’t purchase from here again.
