The dresses are great... BUT waiting an entire actual month for an in-stock item to arrive is absurd. Things from China get here quicker than that. The customer service making zero effort to explain or actually check on the shipment was incredibly frustrating. An automated response saying it takes 5-10 business days to pack and ship is ridiculous- especially sending that repeatedly, when it's been over 15 business days. If you can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, stop advertising so much or hire more people or something. I own 3 small businesses and understand times are crazy, but seriously- fix it. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from here again. Dress and necklace came several days after the event they were to be worn for.
