The clothing line is cute and things are made well but if you have a problem the customer service lacks tremendously. For the price of the items I would just expect to be able to get things resolved in a better manner than they offer. They make it look like there is a live chat but that just takes you to an email and I have yet to find a number to actually talk to someone.
